My orange chromides layed eggs about 3 days ago and have dug a pit next to the rock with the eggs on it. They are also very god at protecting the eggs. It is quite funny to see the chromide chasing away my much larger giant gourami!
has anyone else bred orange chromides? also are they good parents, can they protect the fry from predators? the male (I think) has already had a fight with my siamese tiger, with the siamese tiger losing a few scales.

They are good parent, but once the frys are free swimming you might
    have a problem.
