What happen if the mini pump stop function? I do not think that the outlet flow from main tank to the sum(filter) will stop.....

    BFG,
In fact i got 2 canisters already so i don't intend to diy it at the moment, however, the small pump is available at C328, it should be France brand "Rena". For the flow, i surmise it is same principle as we doing water change--siphon. Good luck for your Diy project.

    Simon,
Nice DIY canister, many Hong Konger also using this kind of filter.

Hi Alfa, came back from work n went 2 K&K. I bought ALIFE brand pump, the smallest one, $12.50. Will start my project during my annual leave. So far I only got those fine sand, smaller than those that we used 4 planted tank. Need tank, light, tubing n ideas! Wat will u keep in the tank? Me thinking of trying 2 breed shrimp.
