    Schizothorax macropogon (Regan, 1905)

This fish is common in Yarlung Zangbo river, the river originates from Tibet, and makes a big turn at the foothill of Himalayas and becomes Brahmaptura river then flow into the Assam of India then Bangladesh...and all the way into the Bay of Bangal...

The famous rainbow snakeheads, Dario dario and a few other interesting fish are from Assam, and Medog(In China) along the river, is a very well known place for insects..which is also one of the most difficult places to access in China...

It's a cold water fish, lets see whether can sell or not, else it will die when the temp rises......and then i will write a short report of how it tastes.

yes but not very often and usually they send males, i suppose it's because the females are pretty plain looking compared to the male.
