    Hi guys,

Been to Horizon near Henderson/Bukit Merah last night and guess what I saw in 2 of the tanks!!!

I saw A. pertensis and A. pulcher in the tank with some other apistogramma which I couldn't identify but I knew they're from the A. agassizii family, long slender body.

The owner, Rocky, told me they are wild caught from Brasil and going for under $2X each. If they're really wild caught and going for that kind of price, I really think its worth getting them.....

    Cheers!
    Eman

    Bro,

Did you get it?. Are u really sure its A. pertensis and A. pulcher?? Or thats what the owner claimed?

I'm wondering if it's really true then how much does the owner actually earn by selling under $2 Unless he breed them and selling the fries then it won't be wild caught already.

    It's about $20 bro, not $2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If they are going for $2 I'll surely grab every piece in the tank. The owner claims them to be wild caught, but from what I see, i think its quite true to some extend. Have you ever seen farm bred A. pertensis? Anyway, it looks exactly the same in this picture, the vertical markings in the caudal fin.... I'm going down later, may get one piece and post a picture of it tonight....

All the fishes are mixed up in the tanks so will probably have to strain our eyes to identify each species. I may have heard the price wrongly, will drop by there again later since I'm around that area.

    Cheers!
