This is also "fern-like". Grows very fast!

They look exactly like those ferns pple hang at their garden/windows with a small plastic pot. If you took them out of the water I would thought its a land plant. It has a stalk in the middle and leaves along side the stalk, basically very similar to those ferns sold at Ikea.
If it is not Java fern, Ceratopresis or Bolbitis, it's probably the clubmoss (Selaginella sp), which is NOT an aquatic plant. It will just die after a while underwater. To identify it, check if the leaves consist of very small, slightly overlapping lealets, and the stem is usually quite stiff. The shops at Serangoon North stock a lot of this fake aquatic plant.
