    Hi pple, whats the green solution thats commonly used in aquarium as a preventive med?

    if i'm not wrong it should be general tonic/aid that u r talking abt.

    it contains mostly neutralised acriflavine solution.

    if its the flavine i know...its the med that i used when my kid has a cut.......i tot the green water is M.Green?

    iirc acriflavine and the like should be colourless
    the green solution might be malachite green, and should NEVER be used as a preventive, especially when pregnant women are likely to get exposed to the tank water
