The new site was up since 1st March 2006. The spare parts section is really quite useful and the interface is much better than the German website. Also of interest is the Filter and pump technical data chart, which provides all the useful specifications in an easy to compare chart format.
However, the promotions and special prizes section is not up yet.

the spare parts for 2026/2028 doesnt work leh
congratulations but yeah...and no complaints section.
had two ecco impellers' propeller break in space of a month creating this loud grinding noise.
IMO a bloody el-cheapo plastic part break causing me pay thru the nose for a WHOLE impeller. two parts of the same thing to replace in a space of a month is too much. extremely pissed off.
been using both canisters for little over a year.
i hope the distributor is reading this because i'll be repeating this in other forums till something is done.
it's so unlike eheim. i have a classic and two 2028's that have run longer and no such problems like this.

I don't think something can be done until they are aware of the problem, which you have to communicate to them.
Eheim has representation all over Asia, including Malaysia.

Balakong is about 20 mins from Kuala Lumpur or about 5 mins from Mines Resort. Alternatively, bring the faulty part back to the retailer and I'm sure they will rectify the problem. If you can't seem to get to them, drop me a mail and I'll put you in touch with the right person.
