In a Dutch Vivarium design, I understand it has vents on the lower front pane just above the water line and 1 vent at the rear top cover. These vents were designed to force air to flow in the the vivarium from the lower vent thus preventing fogging of the front pane. Is it still necessary to install exhaust or computer fans on the viv?

Just my views as I do not have problems with fogging here in the tropics, I would think the vents and fans would improve air-circulation and that helps prevent fogging, so it might worth trying out.

But do take note that fans will also reduce the humidity inside the tank... Keep the speed to a minimum...
