need recommendation of plants for shallow DIY pond

Hi folks,

like to get some recommendations or advice of what plants to get for a shallow DIY pond.

will prefer plants with light green, bright colors.

Either short plants that covers the base well or tall ones that will emerge out of water. thanks

How deep is the pond? Any shallow gradient? Various echinodorus (e.g. cordifolius Marble Queen), Cryptocoryne ciliata are possible..... Bacopa caroliana also grows easily into thick green clumps with small flowers..... you can try planting marsh species like E. tennelus, hairgrass, hygrophilas along the edge...
