Should be OK for the shrimps, not sure about the fish. Most importantly is that the temperature does not fluctuate greatly. What is your daytime temperature?

since your aircon be operate at night, have you measured your tank temperature during day(aircon off)? running any fans then?
what floras you intend to keep?!
came across a website on boraras, stated temperature kept >23, suppose 22 temperature be alright!

If the temperature in the day is 26, it should be fine. Do you have a thermometer in your room tank?

well, i should get 1... after i turn off the aircon, about an hour later, there's condensation on the glass... haha poor fishes... winter and summer... only the plants happy...

I think temperature fluctuations this way is OK as it takes a gradual time for the tank to cool down to the room temperature and vice versa.
An example of sudden changes in temperature that shock livestock is when you pour a bag of fishes from one temperature into the tank of a dissimilar temperature.

My 6ft actuallt fluctuates from 25 in the day to 22 at night. Condensation in the morning if i open the windows so... yeah it's perfectly alright. Even for "sensative" fish like Boraras maculata
And PLEASE don't stick a heater in there. They're made for temperate places, not the tropics.
You could have a timer on the fan so that it switches on in the day and off at night, so the temperature variation will be less.
