We had one that flew into my cousins house and literally sat on top of the maids head.. she was running around the house with this bird on her head..

Sadly, my cousins had no idea what to do and left the bird in a cage outside their house.. in the midst of the night.. some cat/predator got really full.

just want to see how faraway you are without alarming the bird. so if I have a 200mm×1.4TC I will need to be 2.5m away?

Give and take, i guess so.

Most normally shy birds are more tolerate when they feed themselves silly on these fruit trees.

If they move off initally, stay still and they will more then often come back.

Move slowly, patience and remmeber to pray for luck !

    cheers
