didnt manage to see the image that you uploaded but Teo doesnt have Ludwigia sp. It's probably E. Stellata or Gratiola sp. that you got----------------

Thanks. Really difficult for me to ID plant.
I too mistaken it as the purple var. but after having it in my tank for a while.. it still stayed green, thought the top has alittle purplish tone..

i'm not even sure the two are different
mine were very red when the tank conditions were good, but turned green when the tank went to pieces
they are the same, I have shoots from the same plant growing into green and purple form, side by side, under the same lighting and CO2...
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.
