    deck,
LSZ is indeed very selective when choosing his wood.. and yes.. while boawood is very much nicer than driftwood, they are indeed very ex.. u can try FF along lor harlus.. that is what LSZ and i last went to look for drift wood..

you can always try those non-bogwood types, cuz you get nicer branchy kind of woods. kind of like the kind nature has in his tank. I found one nice big one at gen x for $24 and the only prob is you have to labouriuosly strip off the bark . but I like the raw wood texture and colour that results. will take pics soon!

Which is driftwood and which is bog wood?

Those roots type kinda thin looking, do you want that for your 6ft? IMO, go for the bulky looking looking ones. Benetay got quite a few nice ones for his 6ft from Teo's.
    Cheers!!

Yep, H2O's mangrove root is very nice looking. I got one from them when I set up my 3 footer. Couldn't resist it eventhough my tank is a bit small.

Hmmm... any reason to choose one over the other?

These stuff are quite expensive. Bogwood comes from what tree? If it is from local tree, maybe I go chop some.
