    i am shooting in JPEG.
can i up the saturation? if so, how?

i'm shooting with the canon 100mm macro.
also, suspect its my trembling hand that's causing the out of focus shots.
damn "siong"... i was at hanging out with thio from 4pm till closing last saturday.

If you freeze it at 1/250s i think shaking will not be too much of a problem, set to high sync?

Normally when i shoot i'll set to f11-13 , 1/250. set flash to high sync.

But still a sudden jerk will cause it to blur it.

saturations can be done in PS?
    Cheers!

anything more than 1/100s is fine. you're not supposed to have sudden jerks leh.

    Hi Celticfish,
    Good sharp shots.
I like the 3rd pic of the male.
Specimen wise, I find them a little skinny right now
Ask Thio to pump them up a little bit more, would look even better! : )

Sometimes ants bite pain, need to wipe it off..or a sudden urge to scratch somewhere itchy.. thus when you're fully compressing the shutter, you twitch a bit to bare with it. Resulting...in slight jerk
    Cheers!

    yorky,
apparently, the skinny things are thinking nasty thoughts...
they are displaying the typical agitated breeding mode.

    bene,
i'm thanking the cleanliness of biotope, no ants!!

there is a reason why SAF gives you foot powder
