I've come across Koah Fong's post on the submersed version of the riccia. Just wondering, how long does it take for the floating form to convert to a submersed form?

I've also come across the following http://www.tropica.com/article.asp?t...aristic&id=471 it shows that riccia from Singapore and having it submerged, that'll be unsuitable.

Anyways, how long does it take to change its form?

I am not sure. In my case, they suddenly appear when I only introduced floating forms. Can't remember any significant change in tank parameters.

The can change back to floating form as well. I find it is a nuisance. When you thought you have removed all visible traces or Riccia, they appear again mysteriously.
