    Do anyone use trace element when change water? Does it works? Which band is cheap and good.

    Used Dupla before, result is very good but too expensive. Any recommendation?

    Tropica's one is good I suppose.

    Trace elements are necessary for your plants.

    It's found at good LFSes like NA, c328, those shops that are into planted tanks will usually have them.

    It's called Tropica Master Grow, but recently changed name to Plant Nutrition. Cost wise, it's below $40.

    I switched from Dupla trace to Lushgro-Micros (aka LGM).
    Probably the most economical in town,
    You can get it from NA.
    Do a search in the forum on DMDD to find the recommended dosage.
