First location is a stream I never explored before. It is located less than 1km from the Sarawak-Kalimantan Barat border. The water of this stream is flowing west to Kalimantan Barat.
Second location is the river I visited before. It is a tributary of Sungai Kumba (Sungai Sambas basin of north Kalimantan Barat)

thanks hwchoy!
just read a petfrd archive which you mentioned keeping them before.
do they take live food only?
must keep my eyes on the lookout.
this might be my best alternative to my dream of keeing seahorses.
being endangered and needing live food more beefy than BS have held me back on that.

i had a very very thick hairgrass tank in those days, and lots of shrimps breeding amongst the hairgrass. the pipefishes seem to be able to find enough food for themselves amongst the hairgrass. I had 5 of them.

Yes, they like tiny live food such as brine shrimp. I also keep pipefish like what Choy does...in a shrimp tank.Originally Posted by celticfish
