U mean their leaves grow up much bigger that the US ones ?
I actually picked some fissidens similar to that in your picture a few years back from Malaysia. That was before all the fissidens craze.
I placed it in my ultra low light tank. It was not growing nor dying. After a few months, I chucked it. Now I sort of regretted...
The leaves of this Fissidens is smaller than that of the US Fissidens.

I collected few types of Fissidens which all looks like US Fissidens from different countries/places (Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, ShengZhen).
At first, they looks different in various size from L, M, S to SS.
After grow them side by side for 1.5 years, they all turn into same size and same shape like US fissidens.
I cannot conclude anything yet because there is no verification by domain expert. If they looks different only in sizes, there is a possibility they are grown in different condition.
NA's Chan told me there are 2 types of Thailand fissiden in his tank;Originally Posted by eagleray

Mini Thai fissiden
So far Broadleaf Thai fissiden has the biggest leaves compared to all the other fissidens sold in LFS.
Yeah, the mini fissidens is quite common in Malaysia. I have quite a patch growing in my garden back in PJ. Came out of nowhere and found it one day when I was moving some pots. Very slow growing in water, takes 3-4 months to form longer "stems". Keep it clean from being covered with debris.
