They do, but I'm wondering if they follow the "delivery after payment" or "payment upon delivery" method...
I did email them saying I didn't mean that order though.

Since you never posted any credit card details and etc, they would not go through with the deal or might just contact you with a follow up email to ask for the type of payment you wish to pay in. (They do not accept checks or money order so you should be fine....not sure about paying cash on the spot though since they never mention that form of payment.).

Peter, went to the last stage where you're supposed to enter in your credit card info, I just closed the browser after that.

I suppose the stupidest thing I could have done is to put down my real address... lol

The thing is, legally, you made a purchase... They can be nasty and make you pay... Unless it is a technical glitch... which is likely, as you did not complete the purchasing process and they are already being informed of a purchase request...

I believe most potential customers would like to 'try out' the ordering procedure first before actually making a purchase, especially so for first-time customers. Furthermore, the threadstarter didn't actually complete the entire ordering procedure thus the transaction was invalid in the first place!
A friendly suggestion: You could include, in your webpage, detailed instructions on how to make an online purchase, with clear pictorial instructions stepping the potential customer through every stage of ordering.
