Trying to enquire that the various fissiden avaliable in market, like us fissiden, fissiden sp...etc, do they require low temperature to do well(preferbly 25c and below)?
my us fissiden not doing well, not in fresh green color(kept in average 26plus temp), but it do grow.

anyone can conclude the requirements, thanks!

My temp hovers around 26+- and US fissiden grow quite well. I would say growth rate similar to java moss.

HI richie , saw at colourful aquarium(thomson road)the us fissiden that he kept in his 5ft tank at 25degrees...it grows very fast n healthy green...so what i think its is best kept around 26 n below....mine is growing very slow at temp. 27 to 28c...

thanks troyz, actually mine do grow and already covered 80% on the wood. Just that it is not looking fresh green, and so wonder whether it require low temperature such as below 26c ideally.
Anyway will check out with hii to see how the plant develop in his chiller tank.

Probably its not just the temp but also the fertilisation.
