Some easy/moderatly easy ones I have experienced with and would recommend:

    1) Mermaid weed, Proserpinaca palustris
    2) Baclaya longifolia
    3) Potamogeton gayi, looks green, but it will have brown/red leaves in good light...
    4) Hygrophila sp.'Araguaia'
    5) Ammannia gracilis
    6) Cryptocoryne wendtii ' Tropica'
    7) Nymphaea sp.
    Echinodorus 'Rubin'
    9) Alternanthera reineckii
    10) Hygrophia polysperma 'sunset'

    Read me! http://justikanz.blogspot.com/

    I'm crypt collecting... Starting cheap, now have Cryptocoryne beckettii, C.beckettii var petchii, C.crispatula var.balansae, C.griffithii(Melted! ), C.nurii, C.parva, C.pygmaea(Melted! ), C.tonkinensis(Melted! ), C.walkeri, C.wendtii 'Brown', C.wendtii 'Green', C.wendtii 'Green Gecko', C.wendtii 'Tropica' and Cryptocoryne x willisii

Oh, juggling is hard work, man!...

The last time I saw was at Biotope.
You can gieve them a buzz in the evenings (when the boss is around) to see if they still have stock...

Think Teo's farm at one stage also have them... I think...

How does one ensures the reddness in the plant is maintained? Is liquid iron the solution? Cheers.

    Hi there!

Low Nitrate? How many ppm are we talking about? Wouldn't the growth of other plants be affected?
