Thanks for bringing out the true colors of the fish, benny!!!
Was really stunted for a moment when I saw the redness of the vaillanti...
So I got myself 2 pieces....I think its cheaper than the normal vaillanti??

Quixotic: I'm using my phone to capture the fish at a bad lighting condition, the fish is sure in good condition....its still a little shy after being introduced into the tank 2hrs ago...

Yea, I prefer buying the normal zebra octos....

Anyway, I think I've got a pair of vaillanti.....notice that the body shape and coloration is different for both specimens....shall wait till tomorrow when they're settled down..

Can anyone advise on their diet and behaviour? Are they ok to keep with small fishes like endlers? Are they carnivorous that they'll eat baby endlers?

    Thanks!!
