What plants can I use????

Hey, I'm new to the plant thing. I have a 55 discus tank with some driftwood and plastic plants. I'd like to get rid of the plastics and add some live plants. What kinds of plants can I use in a tank that sits at about 86f and is also low lighting. I have regular gravel and no CO2 or anything.
Are there plants that can surive in these conditions?

can consider Anubias barteri var. nana and java ferns.
