I find that the leaves of my plants looks dirty as decays of other plants landed on them.

Do i need to get some shrimps or bottom feeders like sae or oto to work?

Looks like brown algae and the start of BBA to me. Not dirt for sure.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

Just learn how to grow plants well. Trim off the plant leaves that are infected if possible or till new clean leaves grow out once you figure out how to grow them well.

Increase CO2 and leave the plant for the moment (trim it later when new leaves get formed. I did and my nanas are doing well. New leaves start to grow. Follow the EI dosing regiment if you aint sure.

Beware about ur Fe. Dose enough just not overdo it since they are slow growing plants they will just store the excess which when overly done, will be a start of decaying leaves. Watch out for brown leaves thats starts from centre of the leaves. Those are indications.
