bought a slab of Glossostigma elatinoides and have no idea how to plant it. the slab comes in, bottom concrete - wool - mud - plant. do i put the whole slab into the gravel or remove concrete and cut into smaller slab with wool to plant or remove all ? if remove all its going to be very tedious, please advise on tips & tricks.
    thanks

no no. remove the glosso from the slab and trim into short segments of 3-5 nodes. you can roll it up and pinch it with a pincer and shove the thing into the gravel, just leave the leaves showing. plant in an array (you know fall in parade square?) with 2cm spacing macam chess board. the plant will grow quickly with the runners going in all directions.

just be sure to have plenty of light and CO2.
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

eh I thought your signature normally reads as: "If it looks too good to be true, IT IS!"
