Help no help?
Yesterday morning before I went to work I would normally top-up 5% of water because of evaporation but after I came back from work I saw some of my neon tetra have some little white dots on their body, head or even tail, but each neon have at least 1 or 2 white spots. Again this morning I went to check my neon tetras & the white spots is still there, although the fish doesn't show any sign of clamped fin or others.
Right now I dose with aquarium salt 1tbsp for 5 gallons & hope the ich will just die off, but how long should I keep dosing with salt & do a WC?
Help is appericate.. thanks!

Do more frequent water changes would help improve water conditions for the fish and only do the top up of salt for the amount of water change out. Be patient and the ich might look worse before the fish are cured.
The fish are stressed due to poor tank conditions which lowered their immunity which led to the infection. You need to make them a nicer home and learn to do that.

Actually before I added in my fans, all of my fishes are healthy but after 2 new fans arrive & temperature start to drop & also follow by white spot. This is the first time my fishes have been infected by ich, now with salt treatment I also add anti-ich formula for my fishes hope will be allright for them.

Probably the sudden temp drop brought on the ich, just like in the case of my goldfish. These rapid temperature changes especially drops really seem dangerous.
Primafix and Melafix does not cure ICH! Waterlife-Protozin would be a more ideal choice. If you are using for the first time, with the correct dosage, I'm quite confident the ICH will be cured in 1 week's time.
Something about the water & the fishes that calms me down.
