    Scooped this goby from a tank of SAE in C328.
    One and only one in the whole tank. Aunty don't even know that she have this in her tank. Anyone can ID?

    looks like female Stiphodon sp. possibly S. elegans.
    why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

    I think only female show this coloration.

    I think is female of the red goby. the link to the female of the blue/green neon goby S. atropurpureus has broke.

    ive got a pair of these gobies, the only name anyone could come up with was stiphodon sp.

    This is not Stiphodon.

    It's Sicyopterus sp.
