    Hi,

I am having tiny dots of green algae on the glass which makes it unsightly. Thinking of using a scraper to scrape them off.

But how do u remove the alage from the tank afer scraping? Use a tube to suck it out as u scrape or just leave them inside the tank as u scrape for the SAE to consume?

    Any ideas? Thanks

    don't scrape it.
let it complete the life cycle
as long as your tank is well balanced
it will disappear slowly afterwards on its own

    scraping it is only temporary
it will come back in a couple days

Ditto to the above as well as poor CO2. Green spot is different from green dust algae.
