Looks like Elatine tiandra aka APP to me. Plant it individually and not as clumps if you want them to crawl nicely across your foreground...
Looks like a stem plant but unable to identify it.

It is defintely not L. cardinalis... The emersed of a L. cardinalis has purplish leaves on green...
Elatine triandra. Cut and plant them like you do with Glosso.
