cabbages should work. i used to have a sailfin pleco (those common kinds u see for sale at lfs) and it loved boiled cabbages. u could see it hanging on to the cabbage for awhile then it swims off. []

my L128 loves cucumber, esp the centre part with the seeds. however, carrots hasn't been too well received, even boiled ones.
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

Potatoes, boiled green peas, lettuce etc. BTW beside vege you guys can try Shrimp !, they luv it ! First you have to remove the shells, next, the poo stuffs and finally soak the " what is left of the shrimp " into warm water - this is to get rid of salt ! hmmmm yummmy ! check it out ![]----------------

Saw some vegetable used in LFS to feed pleco but don't know what vege is that.
Just wondering what vege can we used to feed the pleco??
