Actually, new species evolve at micro level everyday due to endemism in a localised ecosystem to fufill the food pyramid. It is hard to catalogue all of them, since distinct patterns can be differ in a matter of 30 years.
In case you guys didn't know, Stuporman was part of the NUS contingent who went for the study...
Not Stuporman la... its Nik-enduser who went there.... the former is Dr. Ng Heok Hee (catfish expert) from University of Michigan and the latter is Dr. Tan Heok Hui (betta/paros and Gastromyzon man) from NUS.

Stuporman no more with U of M lah, back to NUS already. Confusion galore. luckily they are of different body shape otherwise pengz, very hard to ID
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.
