What are some of the perimeters of water most of you stick to? Do you test your waters?

    You meant parameters?

You can measure your kH and your pH. That's all you need I guess.

Been a long time since any water testing was done...
Even before or after water change also don't test. Only testing done is pH when introducing new and sensitive fishes...

Have not tested my waters for the past 4 years when setting up any tanks. Nowadays you need to trust your eyes more than the test kits.

The test kits comes out only when there is a persistent problem in the waters.
