what is it? is it ulcer?

i can't take a decent picture to show cause it keep moving around. very difficult.

Too blurry to confirm but looks a lot like an external wound. For external wounds, I use Melafix to good effect.

its some sort like a pimple leh.. the red spot bulge out..
