Yesterday (Feb 3rd) I went back to my secret garden again ....at the summit area of Gunung Matang (much lower than Gunung Serapi, which is the highest peak in Matang area). The trail is too long that I failed to explore the whole area. In this trip, I finally reached the summit of Gunung Matang & found a lot of wild orchids there. Some species are growing on the sandstone cliff.....& I failed to photograph those growing on the cliff.

A clearwater river on the foothill of Gunung Matang:

This big tree is growing on a sandstone!!!

The only species of pitcher plant found in that area; Nepenthes albomarginata:

Woah, the coral fungi looks almost like an underwater picture.

Michael, you should consider diffusing your flash for an even more natural feel to your pictures. Perhaps a small tracing paper or tissue if you are using on camera flash. If you are using add on flash, they do sell a add on diffusor.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?
