    Right now using entry level Nikon D40 with only 3 lens (Nikkor 17-55mm f2.8, Nikkor 85mm f1.4 and Nikkor 105mm f2. with a flash (SB800). Still a newbie and has a lot to learn.

    Wow... 3 powerful lenses! Which 105mm you are using? AF-S VR one?

    You doing manual focusing with the 85mm? Why did you not consider a higher model body?
