That's very little information for us to give you any credible advice.

From the sound of things, I don't think it will make it anyway. Better prepare for the worst.

I don't know whats wrong with it.Now,it's swimming around, squeezing through leaves, laying it body on the leaves. What's wrong with it??1.5 feet tank,planted.Co2 injection ,1bps. 36w pl lighting. The tank has been there for around 2 weeks already.

The tank has been around for 2 weeks only? Probably no cycling done? If so, the fish could have been burnt by ammonia. Gills red? Gasping? Fast breathing?

Anyway, what is the fish population like?
    Read me! http://justikanz.blogspot.com/

    4 neon tetras,4 blue eyed,3 cherry barbs,2 ottocinclus
    7-10 Cherry shrimps
    5-8 yamato shrimps

I compared the colour of the three cherry barbs, the one laying on the gravel has more red =/. It's somehow breathing,i can't see wheter it's fast or slow .It swims around in a desperate manner, moves quick and all =/

Cycled for 1weeks and a few days.Anyway the filter was used for the previous tank,i just rinsed it.

The ammonia poisoning could have caused gill burns and damages to the other organs could have led to septicemia already. Won't last another week if I am correct. My condolences.
