The background used is not coco panels but rather tree fern root panels. Ya can get these at Far East Flora, Thomson Rd or at the nurseries along the stretch.

Alternatively ya might want to try Woon Leng Orchid Laboratories or Song's Orchids. Do a search on www.streetdirectory.com.sg to find out their exact locations. They're located just a few mins away from Qianhu fish farm.

    Regards,
    Phillipe.

Last i checked today, they had these barricades to keep the water out but be sure not to get caught in the flash flood though as weather forecast for the next few days is rain, rain and MORE RAIN!!

Oh yeah, the plants are going off at very very cheap prices so better hurry as they're clearing stock for the incoming CNY plants. Different forms of sellaginella were spotted during these few days for sale.

    Regards,
    Phillipe.

Did you check the nursery on the left hand side of Far East Flora because it's sold there. They're on the ground under the plants so you have to ask for assistance in locating them. If not, try Song Orchids or Woon Leng Orchids at Sungei Tengah after Qianhu. They have loads of them over there.

    Phillipe.

Normally what we do with them is to presoak them with hot water to sanitize them before use and also if you've picked the rather difficult ones to poke, what you can do is to pre drill or knock some holes in the panel for easier mounting.

    Phillipe.
