Tablespoons are the normal spoons you use for eating rice and such.
Teaspoons are more like the ones you use to stir your kopi.
Sorry, what I'm trying to say: since it is a set and come with 5 difference measurement spoon, you can identified which one the table spoon by reading the engraving on the spoon. Did I make it clearer?
in other word, baca aja tulisan yang tertera di sendok itu
Not sure about ShopnShave, but I saw giant vivo city have it.
by the way it is an estimate, no need to be exact.
Thanks shadow, will go shopnsave see see first.

You might consider this is you are more inclined to tweak and dose daily.
It's what EI grew out of basically:
http://www.barrreport.com/estimative...ei-dosing.html
It was what I did in place of PMDD, I just did not know it because the tap water was loaded with PO4. Everyone did PMDD for the most part a decade or more ago. Simply adding PO4, a bit more traces/CO2 etc resolved most of the issues.
EI was trying to simply things even further namely for folks over seas and those who did not want to deal with daily dosing, measuring weights etc.

Tom Barr
