When I woke up on Saturday morning, I couldn't believe the rain has stopped and I could see the beautiful blue sky & the bright sun !!! It rained for so many days in this rainy season in the beginning of 2007. Some places in northern Sarawak & Sabah are hit by the flood!
My destination was Gunung Chupak, a limestone hill in Serian - Padawan area.
What a beautiful sunny day in the mid of rainy season.
Trail to a hut in paddy field:
Gunung Payang, a limestone hill next to Gunung Chupak. The limestone hills are very sharp. I need to climb by wearing hand gloves.

I thought Gunung applies to high mountain and small hills are called Bukit? That limestone hill so small also call Gunung?

why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.
