breeding of uarus

i discover the pair of uarus from vill is actually a breeding pair.i decided to give them a tnk to breed but i have no idea leh.any info will helps...tks

u sure breeding pairs?
if so you may be very lucky
coz uarus not known to be prolific breeders in home aquarium

have not bred Uaru before, but this is what i will do to maximise the odds

give them a tank, give them good water,

do you have tall leafy plastic plants or something ? (i assume you dont have planted tank). they will help.
give them a large flat piece of wood, have it slanting a bit (put a rock below or soemthing)

and leave them alone
feed a mixture of live food and fresh veggies (eg lettuce, spinach)

one of the fish have a obvious breeding tube liao.both of them like to stick togather and fight off any threaten togather.will give the the whole of my present tnk once i get hold of a new cabinet...
