After managing to follow the river at Badis Island to it's source i decided it was time for another challenge: Ammo Island. And yes, these are all fictional names to protect the places.
It was an interesting trip. With many new species i didn't see at the previous location. Here are some.
A Trigonostigma heteromorpha. Very different from the ones we see in shops. Much smaller with more intense colouration. It actually resembled a guppy from above. I apologise for the poor photography but the little guys are fast.
Next we have a Rasbora elegans. This particular specimen was about 8 - 10 cm long.
And finally, a not so intelligent Betta pugnax that, for some reason, jumped out of the water and onto bank. I guess they don't like photographers.
