yes Danionella but have to check which species, since there are 2 (or is it 3) species and at least another 3 undescribed ones.

    WB off towards yellow.

Well.. fine pictures in my opinion. Given their size at about 8 to 10 mm, I think you shown them up pretty well. In future, you might want to consider another background instead of black so the fin details down drown.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

I er...(Ahem) bought all of them......they school together nicely even though they are rather difficult to see. They're in my 1ft shrimp tank with the mini gobies from C328 as well. I got another tiny fish named by Y618 as 'mini helicopter' It's actually Indostomus paradoxus but I didn't want to bother him with details....

Boss, I think the picture is hwchoy's Indostomus paradoxus

For the difference, I think best bet is to check with the locality where they are caught lor. I know Indostomus paradoxus is reported to be from Myanmar to Cambodia. Indostomus cocrodilus I never kept before so I don't know. But I google and found that they are distributed in Nae Nam Tod Deng, Narathiwat Prov., Thailand.

Anyway, I've also seen the "mini glassfish" being sold in Eco-culture ley, labelled as Danionella spp. Hmmm...
