How to Keep Leftover Brine Shrimp?

If I feed my fishes with brine shrimp but there is a lot of leftover. How do I keep the rest, for how long and how to prolong their life span till the next feed?

As for myself, I kept them in a bucket in a cool area, normal room temperature and aerated with an air pump. However, I would expect to finish the feeding within 2 days. Otherwise, I will throw away whatever is left after more than 2 days.
