Staple food for Apistogrammas

Hi all apisto keepers, what kind of food do you feed your adult apistogrammas everyday? I'm feeding Tetra bits complete, but it seems that they don't like it, but I don't want to revert back to frozen BW as it caused my fish to suffer from internal bacteria problem. So I would like to hear from you.

I currently also abstaining them from bloodworms.
COnstantly bombarding them with only Sera Premium Pellets, BBS, BS and frozen mysis shrimp.

I don't seem to see Sera Premium Pellets on sale, where do you get yours from?
Is it a new product, can't find it in Sera's website too

Hi WKS, I am feeding my apisto with the same food as you. They love it very much and the rest of the fishes too. BW is only once in a blue moon feast for them.

1. Live BS
2. Frozen Mysis
3. Cichild Crumble from Walden (Cant remember the name, only available at Sam Yick)

Where you got the live BS from? I am trying out pin head crickets too.
That one more mafan, I have to hold the cricket with a pincer and dangle it in front of the fish. So only one cricket per apistogramma.

i decapsulated some brine shrimp eggs for my a. bitaeniatas.
they seem to take it without being fussy.
but i had to starve them a little before they tried it.
once they confirm that its like BBS... feeding was a breeze!
