    Quite bad with plants, hope someone can help me ID this plant. Would like to find out how to propogate this plant if possible. Thanks!

    I think its Cryptocoryne Balansae.

    hm... Cryptocoryne Balansae has much wider leaves compared to mine...

    is it rhizome or bulbs?

    plant with curly leaves edge:
    Aponogeton capuroni
    Aponogeton crispus
    Crinum calamistratum (bulb)

    Its a bulb, have checked the name and confirmed that its indeed Crinum calamistratum. Thanks for the help.

    Then you might want to expose 1/3 of the bulb above the gravel, otherwise it will rot.

    Have done as advised Shadow, however, many of the tips of the plant are starting to yellow. Should i trim the parts off?
