can keep how many fishes in 1ft cube?

as above, how many fishes size like boraras abt 1cm+- can be kept in 1ft cube tank? with a hangon filter... some hiding space and lots of moss.. thanks

Max number is relative. You can buy 1000 of them and stuff them into the tank with no swimming space..but would they be happy and healthy?
