but not easy to find in pure cultures
there are plenty of foods containing spirulina
nature repacks some OEM food with high spirulina content (juz smell it lol)
need some info on the algae spirulina. Its a colour enhancer. possible to culture? If can get readily and cheap, than I will not try to DIY. Thanks in advance.

hey I am taking spirulina for my own consumption also.....good for the body!!!
Not the ones for fish but also sold in Pharmacies. I saw some in Nature. He said it is fish food.

there are alots of info from web abt benefits of spirulina BUT b4 i start taking them, had watched some real-life's interview fr VCD(Malaysian & singaporean) talking abt how it cured their cancer & Hepatitis B .....& other illness.ALso do some research from internet.
the one tt i am taking is fr Malaysia & was award & certified by japan(JHFa) since 1986 .......
It's a long term investment lar. consider rather cheap if it is break down. 1 tablet abt 10 cents & i took 10 tables a day=S$1 per day.
heard tt it's very beneficial for woman.

PS:there r different grades in spirulina
might just be me, but until it's been the subject of a study by qualified medical professionals, i don't really feel comfortable with it

The Spirulina I am taking cost $274.00 for 2500 tablets. I have got very bad back ache due to my slip disc...After taking Spirulina for 1 month, the pain is 80% to 90% gone. Really fantastic!!! Should try if get the chance!!! Good things must share!
