    Hi guys,

Need to borrow some of your brain juice.

Can suggest some big yet peaceful fishes for a 6ft planted tank?

Like bleeding heart tetra, congo tetra, denisonii barb, etc

    Thanks! (brains stuck and jammed)

discus are the best fish for a large planted tank, there's nothing that even comes close to its beauty

my vote goes to discus as well........don't worry about their reputation of being demanding......on contrary, in a properly setup and healthy large planted tank, they thrive pretty well and the greens enhanced their colour and grace....i get away with doing a large water change every 2 weeks

I'm also thinking of rainbow fish....actually i'm aiming for something big, cheap and little care!!

I'm putting in Denisonii Barb, congo tetra and rainbows for now.....getting a bulk of them at a very low price!!
