    What type of algae do you have? Sometimes, we think that it is excess nitrates that contribute to algae..but it might be something else, such as excess iron. Excess iron even with the often mentioned level of 5ppm of NO3 will result in algae attack. I alway try not to dose too much iron.

    my algae is mainly spot alage on gravel and walls.
    Recently, some dark hair algae appears

    Not sure Y I will contribute Iron?
    I stopped putting even Seacham Florish.

    The only element I remembered introducing is hornwort, and a lead that tied hornwort to the ground. Could the lead be introducing any chemicals?

    Did the dark hair algae appear after you stopped flourish?

    Sometimes stopping fert helps the algae, cos the plants will stop growing due to lack of fert and hence cannot compete with the algae.
