Hi, I have Cabomba in my 2 feet thank running 2x18W FL (with CO2). It grows about 1-2 inches per day & the distance between node is far away making the plant doesn't look compact/lush. There are also lots of root growing on the stem.

Could someone share the secret to grow nice Cabomba? Thanks in advance.
    Cheers,
    U.K.Lau

On the contrary.. its too much.
Either lower.. or you can up the ferts all the way.. then it'll grow even faster but the nodes will be closer.

Do you just trim cabomba like normal stem plants - i.e. just chop off the top as soon as they grow very tall?

too much light? I though the distance between node is far away because it is trying to reach the light
    I never have cabomba though

I've the same experience with Cabomba before and I also attributed it to too much light and not enough nutrients and CO2.

I thought the top part is the most beautiful part. I normally take the trouble to chop off at the length I want & replant the top part.
